1. Long-term storage of cartridge heaters is recommended only in sealed, airtight packaging or rooms with no moisture access.
  2. During installation, use assembly pastes. The gel-type paste should be applied to the heater or into the hole prior to installation – for example, Gripcott NF140gr.
  3. The drilled hole must be uniform and meet the required tolerance by using a reamer for the finishing process.
  4. The power leads must not be inside the hole, as this poses a risk of short circuit or fire.
  5. The connection must be protected to prevent possible exposure to spilled fluids, plastic, gases, etc.
  6. Efficient heat dissipation is essential for the long-lasting operation of cartridge heaters. It is recommended to drill the hole for the heater with a dimensional tolerance class of H7.
