The NH.11 model is used in devices where there are no space limitations or risk of exposure to corrosive materials. The NH.11 band heater is tightly sealed to prevent contact with molten material. During the manufacturing process, precise control of the heater shaping using the pressing method ensures excellent bonding between the heating element and the casing, allowing for optimal heat transfer to the nozzle. The electrical connection is protected by a specially profiled brass tube, which provides resistance to mechanical damage.
