In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you:

Your ordinary personal data (e.g., first name, last name, mailing address, email, phone number, billing address, VAT number) may be provided to the Administrator via the phone number, email address, and form available on the website termik.pl. Data may also be collected during company events such as exhibitions, trade fairs, and demonstrations.

  5. Your personal data will be processed based on Article 6 of the GDPR. The Administrator invokes a legitimate interest, which is the collection of statistical data and analysis of website traffic.
  6. Your data is collected for the purpose of: – conducting correspondence with clients, including responding to messages, inquiries, and requests for offers. – concluding and performing the Service Agreement or Sales Agreement.
  7. Personal Data is processed based on consent given by you: – voluntary consent when data is entered into forms for the purpose related to the specific form function, e.g., for contact purposes. – mandatory for concluding and performing the Sales Agreement / Service Agreement, as it is necessary for sales purposes or arising from legal obligations.
  8. In some situations, the client’s data may be shared with third parties. Recipients of client data include: – authorized employees to perform their duties – software and computer hardware service providers – Bank – Accounting Office – Hosting Company – Other partners: Facebook, Google AdWords, Google Analytics.
  9. Your personal data will be stored for 5 years for marketing purposes and data analysis needed for business operations. In the case of entering into an agreement with us, your personal data will be processed by us for the entire duration of the agreement and later, i.e., until the expiration of the statute of limitations for any claims arising from the agreement and in connection with the 5-year archival obligation.
  10. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to correct, delete, as well as the right to restrict processing / the right to withdraw consent, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU GDPR.
  11. Personal data left on the service will not be sold or shared with third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

  1. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
