Flange heaters
Description
Flange heaters are used for direct heating of liquid and gas liquids. The design of the heaters is based on general conditions such as the type and properties of the fluid, temperature, pressure, etc. The heaters are made of tubular or ceramic heaters in covers that are welded to the flange. They are terminated with a control box with IP54 or IP65 protection.
Application
- drinking water, circulating water, deionized water, demineralized water, etc.
- hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, heat transfer oil, heat oil, bitumen, etc.
- air, natural gas, exhaust gases, nitrogen, etc.

5. Control
Flange Heating Units can be equipped with a built-in control system (low power) or a separate external control cabinet. The heating power can be divided into one or several heating sections.
