Description

EX-Flow Heaters are used for direct heating of liquid and gas liquids. The design of the heaters is based on the general conditions (fluid type and properties, temperature, pressure, etc.). The assemblies are made of tubular or ceramic heaters in shields that are welded to the collar. The whole is placed in a protective tube. They are terminated with a control box with IP54 or IP65 protection.

Ex-flow heaters can be equipped with a built-in control system (low power) or a separate external control cabinet. The heating power can be divided into one or several heating sections.
